ABOUT THE EVENT
“The Hutcheon” – The Scottish Mid-Am Matchplay Championship
2025 will see a return of the Scottish Mid-Amateur Championship, with a bit of a difference.
Ian Hutcheon, arguably one of the greatest Scottish amateurs of all time. “Hutch” landed four national individual titles, a Lytham Trophy Title, and helped Scotland claim the European title twice and also led Great Britain & Ireland to an Eisenhower Trophy triumph.
This competition will be played with 2 rounds of Strokeplay on Monday and Tuesday, followed by Matchplay on the Wednesday and Thursday for the top 16 qualifiers.
Entry fee is £80.00
Winner: £600.00 plus The Ian Hutcheon Trophy
